Return & Refund

At Styloza, we want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, we make returns simple.

Return Window

  • You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Hygiene Exceptions

  • For hygiene reasons, socks and hosiery must be unopened and sealed in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email us at info@styloza.co.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Our team will provide you with instructions for returning your items.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@styloza.co.uk so we can resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.
